ACCEPTED POSTER ABSTRACT LIST

• The deadline for submitting and updating abstracts has been extended until January  28th.
• Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or email.
• Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will be sent to the stated email.  If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 working hours, your submission was not complete and needs to be resubmitted. Do not submit twice a same abstract unless you receive no confirmation within 24 working hours.
• Notification of acceptance of the abstracts will be emailed on February 28, 2011
• The corresponding/main author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
• Abstracts must be written in English.
• Abstracts should not exceed 250 words (including spaces and excluding the title and author information, which cannot be written in the ‘abstract text’ box).
• Make the abstract as informative as possible, including: The purpose of the study, background, the methods, the results, and the conclusions.
• Abstracts will be produced as submitted. It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. The Organisers will not correct any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact.  Authors will be asked to correct any possible error after acceptance and before publication.
• The presenter of an accepted abstract will be expected to register for the Congress at the appropriate rate. If the presenter fails to register by March 25, 2011 the abstract will not be included in the scientific program.
